I’ve been the TPM for our customer ****** for about 8 years now and our team as held high standards for the service we deliver to this customer. We’ve had a lot of changes within as well as outside our organization over the last 6 months that has adversely affected this customer. With all of these recent changes, having a new Project Order Manager on this latest project was scaring me to say the least. However, I have been so impressed with Dina Alabastro I felt I needed to send you a quick email.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dina for a few weeks now and she has been a great addition to the level of service our team tries to provide to Safeway. She has interacted with this customer and has been clear and precise with the planning of this project and has held true to her promised commitments! My new role as Customer Advocate seems to make me a glorified babysitter at times but I now have the utmost confidence with Dina rolling with this project!
Thank you for adding Dina to your team, for the high level of training she has received and if there is any way to clone her, can we work on that?!!
