hello blog, been a while it seems. by far been feeling back in my comfort zone for a month and a week now. back in the call center industry. feels great. occasional metric high and lows but nevertheless feels better than my previous job. c3 is different, i got my white managers serving us coffees, getting p100 a day for 7 days just for not being late which they double after 7 days, got foods all over the floor, p100 for lowest aht every hour, the management team is really doing something to keep us up beat. sometimes i think this is just too good to be true, but its happening. theres gotta be a catch somewhere. well, theres one i guess, the tax off our salary is quite huge, larger than other companies. thats why for the past days ive been falling in line for bir tax papers so i could change from single to s1 status to lower the tax down. other than that, been a good run. hope for company to not change. love the spiffs, love the location, love the account, love the animosity, way to go c3.
