Your worth in the company comes on how hard they try or how they show they need you to stay when you come to an exit point. I missed that. Totally. Kitty has given me a pair of wings to fly. Made me soar. Shes my manager, my kind of manager. A manager with balls to defy gravity and what is stated in the book. Shes tough, she knows, understands and stands up for you. I must say I am tough to win agent too, I recall we weren't close at first but she tried to reach out and understood my worth in the team. I love her for that.
