Out of nowhere, I thought of getting a house of my own ( as if it was that easy ) so I attended PAG-IBIG seminar a few days ago. Was advised that I could still do the lump sum for the 24 months. Come July 2010, they will not allow it anymore, they will require a 12 month residency before lump sum can be done. I jst have to pay the lump sum and process it under POP and have my issue SPA to my mom. So I searched for a developer which mostly offers Laguna, Cavite, Montalban and Bulacan area. Even went on a tripping at Imus Cavite for lancaster and finds the houses so small and not suitable for us. It was a 3BR house but the rooms are pretty small I could hardly breath.

Now Im getting cold feet on this idea. The house in Santolan is still has few more years to pay. Still helping out my sis for the house in San Mateo. Turn over of that one should be anytime this year but I doubt if we would be able to live there knowing its too far from where my sister works. Most likely we will have it rented in time.

My mom wants me to jst have the Santolan house renovated and put second floor on it, I want to do it too but theres no assurance that we will stay in that area though the contract is already under my name granted by Mayor Eusebio. Few of our neighbors were transferred by the government to Calauan Laguna. We are 100 meters away from them, but if Bayani will continue with his MMDA projects, we might be transferred to Calauan also. Either way, we wont go empty handed but will have a great loss renovating if we will jst leave afterwards.

I will visit San Mateo tom with Jenn mama and Denise to get a glimpse of the construction development.
